Barbara Walters along with the ladies at The View recently interviewed Mark and Grace Driscoll in a promotion of their book Real Marriage. One point that I found extremely interesting–Barbara Walters has more modesty concerning the discussion of intimate details in the marriage bed than does a preacher. What do I mean? In the following video, please note that it is Barbara Walters that calls for the kids to leave the room. At no time in any interview concerning this book have I ever noticed Pastor Driscoll warning younger kids this book is not for them. Also, it seems that Ms.Walters has more modesty than a President of an SBC seminary. Dr. Danny Akin has promoted this book with no reservation of recommending it to others. Is there no modicum of decency and modesty left in Evangelicalism?
